Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-out time: 11:00 PM

• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness during their stay.

Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their visitors.

Occupancy Limits

• Only the number of guests specified in the reservation may stay on the property.

• Additional guests must be approved by management.

• Unauthorized gatherings, parties, or events are prohibited without prior written approval.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities of any kind.

• Possession or use of prohibited drugs.

• Excessive noise, disturbances, or disruptive behavior.

• Damage to property or furnishings.

•Smoking inside cabins or designated non-smoking areas.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted before the scheduled check-in date.

• Refund eligibility will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the applicable booking policy.

• No-shows may not be eligible for refunds.

Liability

• Guests use the property and amenities at their own risk.

• Starlight PK Cabin Rentals shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the guest's stay.

• Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables at all times.

Force Majeure

Starlight PK Cabin Rentals shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide accommodations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Right to Refuse Service

Management reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or terminate a reservation when a guest violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct that may endanger other guests, staff, or property.

Privacy

Guest information collected during the reservation process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Amendments

Starlight PK Cabin Rentals reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting on our website.
