House Rules

We are delighted to host you. To ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for all guests, please observe the following house rules:


Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM 
  • Check-out: 11:00 PM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.

Maximum Occupancy

  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
  • Visitors must be approved by management.
  • Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit.

Noise & Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 
  • Please respect our neighbors and other guests by keeping noise levels reasonable.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin and house.
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
  • A cleaning fee may be charged for violations.

Pets

  • Pets are allowed only with prior approval.
  • Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any damages caused.

Cleanliness

  • Please keep the property clean and tidy.
  • Dispose of garbage in the designated bins.
  • Wash used dishes before check-out

Furniture & Property Care

  • Please treat all furniture, appliances, and amenities with care.
  • Do not move furniture without permission.
  • Guests will be responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Safety

  • Turn off lights, air-conditioning units, and appliances when leaving the property.
  • Lock all doors and windows when unattended.
  • Report any maintenance issues immediately.

Parties & Events

  • Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed without prior written approval.
  • Unauthorized events may result in immediate termination of the stay.

Illegal Activities

  • Any illegal activity, including the use of prohibited substances, is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the authorities.

Lost & Found

  • Starlight PK is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
  • Found items may be kept for a limited time for collection.

Liability

  • Guests stay at their own risk.
  • Management is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
