Cancellation Policy

At Starlight PK, we understand that travel plans can change. To provide flexibility while protecting our reservation schedule, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Guests who cancel 30 days or more before their scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of any payments made, less any non-refundable processing fees.
  • Cancellations made 14–29 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or unused nights.
  • Reservation date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be issued only if required by applicable law.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your travel plans.
